Hello Sports Talk Social followers, this is my first post in this community. I am actually interested in and watch many sports. Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Table tennis are the ones I can think of right now. My favorite team in Turkey is Galatasaray. I have been supporting Galatasaray for as long as I can remember and I watch the matches as much as I can. In the last couple of years I've drifted away from it a bit because the team wasn't doing well and I was busy with university work. But this year the transfers really attracted me and I started watching Galatasaray's games. I can't say they are playing badly but they are missing one big thing, Creativity. Today I'm going to tell you a little bit about how a football team can be creative. I'm not a coach and I'm doing this as an amateur and the things I'm writing are my own thoughts.

Special Players

If you want to play well you need good players. Manchester City would not be at the level they are without Kevin De Bruyne. This is the same for all teams. If you want to play a creative game you need creative players. A player can make a difference either with his speed, or with a tackle, or with a good pass. If an attacker can't do something different when he's facing a defender, he can't score goals. He has to somehow get past him and make a good shot. Without one of the 3 things I mentioned above, an attacker will never be a good attacker. So if we have these players, is it enough?

A Good Tactic

Football nowadays involves a lot of tactics and something new is constantly being created. For every idea, there is a different idea to neutralize it. If you're a big team and you have good players, it's not hard to predict what the opposition will do. They will try to defend and not concede goals. You have to somehow score goals in response. If you don't have a good offensive plan and if you don't have Messi, you can't score goals. Moving players to the back, bringing fullbacks forward, shooting from distance, creating angles for that shot... You have to practice and work on some of these things. You always have to develop better tactics than your opponent. But if you do everything perfectly, is it still enough to win?

These are my tactics to be creative. But are they enough to win?

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Because in soccer, as in everything else in life, you need luck. Sometimes you play very well and you do everything to win but if you are not lucky there is no goal. It hits the post, it hits the defense, the goalkeeper saves it... All these things can happen. Other times you don't play well at all but one of your creative players comes out and scores an interesting goal and you win the match.

Why am I writing this, because the team I support (Galatasaray) lost last week. I don't know why, I think it's because the players don't know each other well. Voleybol, Futbol, Basketbol, Masa tenisi bunlardan şu an aklıma gelenler. Türkiye'de tuttuğum takım ise Galatasaray. Son birkaç yılda bundan biraz uzaklaştım çünkü takım pek de iyi gitmiyordu ve ben de üniversite işleriyle uğraşıyordum. Ancak bu yıl yapılan transferler beni gerçekten çok cezbetti ve Galatasaray'ın maçlarını izlemeye başladım. Kötü oynuyorlar diyemem ama çok büyük bir şey eksik, Yaratıcılık. Bugün size bir futbol takımı nasıl yaratıcı olur biraz bundan bahsedeceğim. Ben bir teknik adam değilim ve bunu amatör olarak yapıyorum. Yazdığım şeyler de tamamen kendi düşüncelerim.

Eğer iyi oynamak istiyorsanız iyi oyunculara ihtiyacınız var. Manchester City Kevin De Bruyne olmadan şu anki seviyesinde olamazdı. Bu bütün takımlar için böyle. Yaratıcı bir oyun oynamak istiyorsanız yaratıcı oyunculara ihtiyacınız var. Oyuncu ya hızıyla, ya çalım atarak ya da iyi pas atarak fark yaratabilir. Bir defans oyuncusuyla karşı karşıya kaldığı zaman hücum oyuncusu farklı bir şeyler yapamıyorsa gol atamaz. Bir şekilde onu geçmesi ve iyi bir vuruş yapması gerekir. Yukarıda saydığım 3 şeyden biri olmadan bir hücum oyuncusu asla iyi bir hücum oyuncusu olamaz. Peki bu oyunculara sahipsek, bu yeterli mi ?

İyi Bir Taktik

Futbol günümüzde çok fazla taktik içeriyor ve sürekli yeni bir şeyler üretiliyor. Her fikre karşılık onu etkisiz kılacak farklı bir fikir bulunuyor. Büyük bir takımsanız iyi oyuncularınız varsa rakip takımın ne yapacağını kestirmek zor değil. Savunmaya ve gol yememeye çalışacaklar. Sizin de bir şekilde buna karşılık gol atmanız gerekiyor. İyi bir hücum planınız olmazsa ve eğer Messi'niz yoksa gol atamazsınız. Arkaya oyuncu kaçırmak, bek oyuncularını ileri çıkarmak, uzaktan şut çekmek, bu şut için açı yaratmak... Bunların bazılarını uygulamak ve üzerine çalışmak zorundasınız. Her zaman rakibinizden daha iyi taktikler geliştirmelisiniz. Peki her şeyi mükemmel yaparsanız bu yine de kazanmak için yeterli mi ?

Bazen evet bazen hayır. Çünkü hayattaki her şeyde olduğu gibi futbolda da şansa ihtiyacınız var. Bazen çok iyi oynarsınız ve kazanmak için her şeyi yaparsınız ama eğer şanslı değilseniz gol olmaz. Direğe çarpar, savunmaya çarpar, kaleci kurtarır... Bunların hepsi yaşanabilir. Bazen de hiç iyi oynamazsınız ama yaratıcı oyuncularınızdan biri çıkıp ilginç bir gol atar ve maçı kazanırsınız.

Bunları neden yazıyorum, çünkü desteklediğim takım(Galatasaray) geçen hafta yenildi. Neden olduğunu bilmiyorum. Bana kalırsa oyuncular birbirini tam tanımıyor sebebi bu.
