My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2022

Had a busy day and I couldn't have my lunch. When I reached home I rushed to the kitchen to grab something to eat and to my happy surprise my Mom made chicken gravy and I enjoyed it.

My friend who came to meet me complained of a headache and he took a pill and fell asleep in a chair. I don't know what happened to him but he had a sharp pain in his head that lasted an hour or so until he took a pill and fell asleep.

I hope he is doing fine now.

And right now I'm sleepy so I'll put my phone on silent and I'll go to sleep.
