My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2024

Early start of the day. Weather has been sunny today.

In the morning, I walked to the clinic, 20 minutes from my place, to get a visiting number for my mom. It’s a first come first serve system. I was the fifth in line. After the assistant wrote my mom’s name, I walked back home to get mom to the clinic. We booked a Uber cab. After the checkup we returned home by local taxi. By this time I had already crossed 5000 steps.

In the afternoon, i went to the market to buy few things. The shop is 15 minutes by walk. Also purchased the medicine the doctor prescribed.

Later added more steps walking indoors.
Completing 10000+ steps for the day.
