My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2023

My day started early today. Weather was bit humid.

In the morning, I went to pick up my x-ray from the clinic and consult the doctor. The clinic is approx 25 minutes by walk. The walk was nice.

After showing the x-ray to the doctor, I walked back home.

In the evening, i went out to do some grocery shopping at the mall. Spent almost 50 minutes searching items to buy in the mall.
After completing my shopping I walked back home from the mall.

Later added few more steps indoors.

Completing 9000+ steps for the day.

A good productive day.
