My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2022

A good start of the day. Work was good.
In the evening, i went out to do my grocery shopping and actifit steps. Weather was good not that cold. I spent 40/45 minutes walking combined with shopping at high street and then walked back home. I did around 4800+ steps.
Later I added more than 1200 steps walking indoors, while listening to music.
Completing 6000+ steps for the day.
