My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2022

Wczoraj miałem paskudny dzień, złe się czułem. Byłem strasznie osłabiony, pomimo że na dworzu było cieplutko to prawie cały dzień przesiedziałem w domu.

Jedynie moja żonką postanowiła się wysmażyć przed pracą, ja tylko na chwilę wskoczyłem z córką do basenu i resztę dnia już nie wychodziłem. Pod koniec dnia pogoda zaczęła się psuć i zerwał się porwisty wiatr. W nocy nie mogłem spać, cały czas drętwiały mi nogi i ręce. Do tego miałem że trzy bolesne skór że w lewą nogę. Po prostu jakąś masakra.
I to tyle w sumie o wczorajszym dniu.
