Newcastle United Journey In The 2022/2023 EPL Season
Newcastle United's journey into the 2022/2023 Premier League season has been a good one so far and it is not talked about that much. During their last two seasons in the EPL, they did not finish in the top 10 spots of the table and even their players were in bad form in those two previous seasons in the EPL.
But things began to change when the club was sold to a Saudi Arabia public investment fund, The ownership of the club still baffles me because according to google Newcastle United is owned by three organizations. The first and leading owner is the Saudi Arabia public invested fund, followed by PCP Capital Partners LLP and RB Sport & Media, those three companies all are owners of the club.
When I first saw the news that a rich Saudi Arabia company bought Newcastle I thought we all will be seeing some crazy new signings and a top Manager but that did not happen, Newcastle instead signed an English manager Eddie Howe who took the job last season, no one had high expectations of Eddie Howe but the man has done a fantastic job this season in the club.
Newcastle United under Eddie Howe this season has won 9 matches, drawn 8, and lost just a match this season. Newcastle is sitting in the third spot on the EPL table with 35 points and is 9 points away from league leader Arsenal and one point away from defending champions Manchester City, now that has to be a huge achievement for the club this season.
Newcastle's performance against Arsenal one day ago just proves how determined they want to finish in the top four and qualify for the UCL next season I have total faith in the club that they will achieve a European football spot when the season ends, and if they do make it into the UCL next season it will be a big boost for them which will attract big players to sign for the club.
Newcastle United still have a long way to go this season, if they keep their form and work harder till the season ends then I am certain they will end with a good result. I will keep my eyes on the team and see how they progress till the final day of the campaign season.

Yeah I also taught the same thing. I was expecting them to go all out in the market. But they rather made a few signings which changed their entire game style.
It brings me joy to watch their games these days. I hope they can continue playing like this for the rest of the season.
