Will Hazard be fully fit before the City game?

Just 2 games to go before the clash against City.
No player who's just coming back from a long, long injury can hit top form by just playing two games, one of which will most likely feature as a sub in.
Zidane should have at least give him some minutes against osasuna but he is not included in today's fixture, and not including hazard in the squad is a clear indication that Vinicius will be given chance to improve which is also good though but hazard can't perform if he directly started the match with city he had to get some prior to that, I hope Zidane isn't thinking of doing that.
I'm not expecting much from Hazard in the first leg to be honest.
