PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
Ahhh just missed the 10k for a tiny bit of steps, better luck next time.
Had a good legs session anyway with more intensity on the Bulgarian lunges. Kind of “burn” me for the rest of the exercises.
Also added more sets of calves today, going to enjoy muscle soreness for sure ;)
