Forgot to post yesterday’s session so here it is.
Chinese New Year is on the way.
On the menu:
- handstand push-ups 5x4-6
- crow pose hold 5x30-45sec
- push-ups on rings 5x15-20
- dips 5x12-15
- triceps extensions 5x12-15
