PPL workout - PULL
Hello everyone !
Night session and quite extended too, around 1.5 hours. Also because I’ve included some abs sets in this workout.
On the menu:
- inverted rows 4x10-12
- regular pull-ups 4x8-10
- skin the cat 4x4-6
- Y pulls 4x10-12
- reverse flies 4x10-12
- biceps curls 3x12-15
- one-arm biceps curls 3x6-8
- toes to head 5x6-10
