PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
Legs workout today and you can see my Nordic curls outdoor setup on the pic.
Maximum stress on the hamstrings for this exercice.
On the menu:
- regular squats 5x50
- walking lunges 5x30
- Nordic curls 5x10-12
- seated calves 5x30
- straight legs deadlift 5x20
