PPL workout - PULL
Hello everyone !
It’s been a very long time I didn’t step that much in a day. Was out for a bit of shopping that’s why.
But I still had time to do a back biceps session in the morning.
On the menu today:
- regular pull-ups 5x6-10
- Y pulls 5x10-12
- high pulls 5x10-12
- reverse flies 5x10-12
- biceps curls 5x8-12
