My Actifit Report Card: May 6 2021
Kettle bell and dumbell training today ..one kilo down in about 3 days... more to go :)
Of course i don t expect to keep this pace up ..my target is about 72 or 71 kg...
Curious how long it will take me with just some plain exercises at home and more nutrition control.
