Los Celtics lograron ganar este cuarto 31-22 mostrando ese buen basket que por momentos aparece y desaparece como si de un mago se tratase.

Con el marcador 83-75, los dos equipos irían a ese último y decisivo cuarto. A partir de aquí comenzaron los problemas para los dirigidos por Joe Mazzulla.
