［1000000 Steps］突破一百萬步

今天是一個歷史時刻，剛剛突破了一百萬步。每天工作所要走的路不多，外出開會也是停車場至另一個停車場。若要走五千步以上，便必須刻意去走一趟。
今天收到突破一百萬步的通知，若是以往覺得容易做到。而現時的生活方式，卻要到十月底才能完成。這段時間在找新房子，也希望附近有籃球場，太太也想有公園或圖書館。
以便可以隨時走出外休息、踏單車 及 打籃球。

其實一百萬步不多，每天平均是三千左右。很多人兩三個月也到了。
因為我坐車較多，所以步數少。

加油，我最近也開始做運動，但很久沒有運動，只能在運動場號幾個圏和慢步。
身體太重，現時已趣過二百二十磅了，暫時先用行「後樓梯」方式。
