My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2025
It's been awhile since I've done some serious endurance stuff at the gym π¬π
Yesterday I decided that it's time to increase my longest distance on a rower π
5075m in 20min π not that bad considering that I only use this exercise for warmup π«
Overall less weight lifting yesterday but great workout overall. Also my but hurt like hell in the last 5 min of rowing π
