Oh man three hours I’ve never sat in a sauna, but I don’t think I could take it. Haha.

I wrote it a bit unclear :D 3 hours total :) with cool off in between 3x15min sessions :)

Ahh ok, I don’t know much about saunas except they put your body in a healthy stress state like exercising.

wow, 3 hours in the sauna..! where do I sign..?
it has been windy as s**t here the last couple of days and a sauna sounds like the perfect place to be.
Have been wanting to build one here for a while now..
