I would say today: again, again i did not get my 1000 steps so I will go tomorrow go twice around. But i will not say that. We are going for a trip to Brno tomorrow. We will see if i get my activity during our trip.
Ahh. I forgot to say that my activity is from walk with the Majlo again.
Do you hava any thoughts fot today what you managed and what you did not?
I need a camera. All pictures are zaken on iphone 8plus.

Still 7798 steps is a solid activity. Often I am unable to touch 5000 steps! Goal of 10000 steps is really a medicine-like activity that can imorove our health significantly and I am also trying to increase my current activity status to uplift it to a better status.

Yesterday, I managed my cook. After finishing the whole day's University class, I was so tired. Then I think about what I cook and that recipe will be cooked quickly. Then one recipe came into my head, that is: rice, lentils, and vegetables cooked together. In Bengali, it is called "khichuri". After finishing my cooking, I saw that my friend was not cooking today. So, I say to her don’t worry, I cook. Let's go to eat. We enjoy the dinner together. It was yummy 😋.
