My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2022

Yesterday was a very long and tiresome day at the desk. Happy to have got 7k activity as I was worried I had done much much less!
Most of that activity was running up and down the stairs to a sudden meeting in the middle of the day. The rest was just my usual day of work before I got home. My chest is starting to clear again. Hopefully back in the gym after payday…

Onto whatever tomorrow might bring!
