My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2024
Hello my friends, how are you doing today? Hope you are fine. I’m here to talk about the activity I used to participate in some years ago. I participated in Actifit some years ago, but due to changing of phone, I couldn’t participate again. I was happy when #juneinleo prompt day said we should share our experience on a race on hive.

After my routine exercise today, I didn't turn on my actifit app on time; it was when I came back from where I repaired my PC, I realized it. If I started on time, I would have reached more than 12,000 milestones today.
I walked for more than 2 hours today! Thank God I don’t need to switch on my health app before it starts working. By the time I got home today, I had reached 12,585 steps and I believed that if I was also on my actifit app, I would have reached the same goal. The majority of people don't know that there is an app like actifit on hive: actifit is an exercise app on hive ecosystem, and you are not just exercising your body but also earning. Many people have benefited from actifit both in earning and health.

It gives strength: one of the reasons people do exercise is to get fit; I don’t want to look like 40 when I'm 25. There’re many people that look like that due to inactivity. If you ask me the reason doctors are giving exercise to a pregnant woman, I would tell you that the reason for the exercise for a pregnant woman is to give her strength during delivery. Several times my friends gave up when we did endurance trekk; I did endurance trekk with ease because I practiced physical fitness.
Combat diseases: exercises combat heart diseases, hypertension and others. There are so many benefits of exercise but I'm going to stop here
My routine daily exercises are the following:
Push Up exercise
When I woke up early in the morning, after morning prayer, I went straight to my sitting room for exercise. The first exercise I do is ‘Push Up’ exercise. I love push up exercise because it makes me develop strength and resistance. AS a blogger, I post almost every day and write notes on the board for students; there was a time when I began to feel pain in my shoulder due to workload. I was unable to perform my activities, so I embarked on push up exercise; the push up exercise helped me to develop muscles and I didn't feel any pain from my shoulder again. We know exercise is good for our body.
Right now, I can stand for 5 hours teaching students without pain in my legs, which was not possible for me before. My fitness right now is a result of the exercise I do.
Bicycle Crunches
I don’t like pot belly, and the best thing to combat pot belly is exercise. Though most exercises can be used to combat pot belly, I love to use bicycle crunches. It is very effective! Most of my friends in the office we eat together at times have developed pot belly, but I haven’t even though we eat almost the same thing together- we worked in the same office and we eat in the same restaurant close to my office.
When I wake up early in the morning, bicycle crunches are one of the exercises I do to reduce the fat in my belly. I knew if I did not exercise, my belly would get bigger, it might not be up to my friends.
Bicycle crunches help to burn fat in the stomach and strengthen abdominal muscles. I knew if I hadn't been doing those exercises, the fat content in my body mass index (BMI) would have increased.
