Buen día compañeros de hive y miembros de SWC. soy Brayan @Hidekinagatari. En esta ocasión les quiero compartir un encuentro y entreno de estaticos de calistenia con amigos, ya que nos juntamos para practicar algunas cosas y les quise mostrar lo que hicimos este día. Cabe destacar que cada quien tiene su fuerte, todos entrenamos por separados y nos dedicamos a elementos diferentes, pero de ves en cuando nos juntamos para hacer este tipo de sesiones, ya que son divertidas y nos motivados entre todos para seguir mejorando en el deporte 💪🏼.
