Hercules Actifit: January 17 2023

Actifit platform is amazingly keeping me this January. This is really a good encouragement to be fit.
Actifit report for 17th January, 2023.
Today I walked approximately 16000 steps throughout the day without use of any mode of transportation until required otherwise.
This step counting includes but not limited to; morning walk in a park which is approximately 2km away, in-house activity and neighbourhood walking.
Actifit is an amazing app which helps to keep focus on daily health goal.
Being fit with Actifit!!!
