Hercules Actifit: January 16 2023

Actifit report for 16th January, 2023.
Today I walked approximately 14000 steps throughout the day without use of any mode of transportation until required otherwise.
This step counting includes but not limited to; morning jogging in a park which is approximately 2km away, in-house activity and neighbourhood walking and visit to a nearby grocery shop.
Actifit is an amazing app which helps to keep focus on daily health goal.
