My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2023

Beginning this new year with Actifit! Today, January 1st I walked 12000 steps during daytime without use of any mode of transportation, until otherwise required. This included but not limited to, morning walk in park which is approximately 2km walk away with 10 laps to achieve 3km approximately, neighbourhood walking and playing with children in the garden.
Actifit is really a good encouragement to be fit.
