Hercules Actifit: December 12 2022
Keeping my vacation active, without forgetting daily goal. Today, December 12th, I walked 7450 steps during daytime without use of any mode of transportation, until otherwise required. This included, morning walk in park which is approximately 2km walk away. I had 10 laps to achieve another 3km approximately. Later, I walked to a mall for grocery shopping which is 1.3km walk away. At evening, I went to visit a friend, and this helped me to achieve another 4km total. Other activities are in-house walking and playing with my dog. Actifit is really a good encouragement to be fit.
