My Actifit Report// Alive And Thriving On A Cool Sunday: July 2 2023
Is another great day today which started with early morning jogging. Every Sunday I do go to work very early in the morning, because people do come out early to have their haircut.
So while on my way to work that very early morning I saw two guys jogging. I couldn't wait but to join them. It has been long since I jog in the morning. Hmm, my foot hurt that early morning for jogging a long distance, because it has been long I did that.
After work that early morning I close by 8 am then went to meeting. I walk pass my mum's garden which she has worked so hard to grow. Her maize is doing really good. I couldn't wait but to take a picture of it.
Here Vegetable is also doing great. Here is a picture of it👇
So with this vegetable mum will be cooking a tasty vegetable soup🥰.
I love eating locally prepared vegetable soup. It really taste different.
Sunday meeting was a great one. A lot was taught that will help us stay at peace with our fellow human.
So in the afternoon when I came back from meeting I went by to work. Honestly I really love it that I exercised well. It made me sleep very well last night.
