Este entrenamiento tuvo como objetivo principal seguir avanzando en el dominio del peso corporal, mientras mantengo un control óptimo de mi condición física. Hello, greetings to the entire Actifit community! Today, I'm bringing you a motivational and positive energy report based on a workout I did a few days ago at the Los Bloques complex. The main objective of this workout was to continue advancing in my body weight management while maintaining optimal control of my physical condition. Through this post, you'll be able to appreciate a motivational routine focused on endurance and personal improvement, designed to inspire all those seeking to achieve their fitness goals.

Todo comenzó con un calentamiento previo, esencial para preparar el cuerpo y evitar lesiones. Una vez listo, inicié trotando por toda la urbanización, completando cuatro vueltas completas, por lo que el recorrido fue aproximadamente de 3.5 a 4 kilómetros. Este ejercicio cardiovascular no solo me ayuda a activar mi metabolismo, sino también a quemar una parte significativa de mi porcentaje de grasa corporal, contribuyendo a mi objetivo de definir mi físico. Después del trote, me enfoqué en ejercicios de calistenia, que, como saben, es mi disciplina que me apasiona por su capacidad de fortalecer el cuerpo utilizando solo el peso propio y que, junto a ella, cada día consigo grandes beneficios.

Entre los ejercicios que realicé destacan las flexiones de pino en barra, siendo este un poco difícil por el uso del balance, ya que requiere equilibrio y fuerza en los hombros. También incorporé supersets de jalón y empuje, combinando movimientos como muscle-ups y fondos para maximizar la intensidad del entrenamiento hasta completar seis series de estos ejercicios.

It all started with a warm-up, essential to prepare the body and avoid injuries. Once ready, I began jogging around the complex, completing four full laps, for a distance of approximately 3.5 to 4 kilometers. This cardiovascular exercise not only helps me activate my metabolism but also burns a significant portion of my body fat, contributing to my goal of defining my physique. After the run, I focused on calisthenics exercises, which, as you know, is my passion for strengthening the body using only your own body weight. Along with it, I achieve great benefits every day.

Among the exercises I performed were handstand push-ups, which were a bit difficult due to the use of balance, as they require both balance and shoulder strength. I also incorporated pull-and-push supersets, combining movements such as muscle-ups and dips to maximize the intensity of the workout until I completed six sets of these exercises.

Para finalizar, me propuse un reto personal al realizar 100 flexiones seguidas + 100 dominadas en un tiempo menor de 5 minutos, con la finalidad de ganar más resistencia, dominio y control de estos ejercicios.
