¡Hola, amigos de Actifit! Hoy les traigo un reporte lleno de energía y motivación. Decidí en este día tomar el control de mi salud y darle un giro a mi rutina con un día de cardio intenso para quemar grasa y sentirme mejor, ya que últimamente, he notado que subí un poco de peso, así que me propuse a moverme más.

Comencé con un recorrido de 4 km por mi pueblo, disfrutando del aire fresco y el paisaje. Hacía tiempo que no trotaba por las calles, y la verdad que me sentí increíble. Fue como conectar con mi entorno, con el sol de la mañana y la tranquilidad del pueblo y lo mejor aún es ver la sensación de libertad mientras avanzaba donde cada paso era un logro más para conseguir mis nuevos resultados.

Hello, Actifit friends! Today I have a report full of energy and motivation. I decided today to take control of my health and shake up my routine with a day of intense cardio to burn fat and feel better. I've noticed I've gained a little weight lately, so I decided to move more.

I started with a 4 km run around my town, enjoying the fresh air and the scenery. It had been a while since I jogged through the streets, and I honestly felt incredible. It was like connecting with my surroundings, with the morning sun and the tranquility of the town. The best part was the feeling of freedom as I moved forward, each step a step closer to achieving my new results.

Al llegar al parque de la plaza de toros, decidí completar mi entrenamiento con unos básicos de calistenia, enfocándome en el tren superior, por lo que hice varias series de combos de flexiones, fondos y dominadas, para que estos me ayudaran a trabajar resistencia y fuerza. Aunque fue un día largo de entreno para mí fue un nuevo reto, la verdad que me sorprendí mucho ver cómo fluyo la rutina.

Al terminar, me sentí orgulloso, no solo por el esfuerzo físico, sino por haber superado mi propio nivel donde cada entrenamiento es una oportunidad para aprender, para descubrir de qué somos capaces. Hoy confirmé que, con disciplina y constancia, los límites los ponemos nosotros mismos. Este deporte cada día me deja una enseñanza que no solo transforma mi cuerpo, sino que también fortalece mi mente. Cada intento, cada gota de sudor, es un logro que nos acerca a la mejor versión de nosotros mismos. Así que, si tú también estás en este camino, ¡sigue adelante! Celebra cada pequeño progreso, porque al final, todo suma.

When I arrived at the bullring park, I decided to complete my workout with some basic calisthenics, focusing on my upper body. So I did several sets of push-ups, dips, and pull-ups to help me build endurance and strength. Although it was a long day of training for me, it was a new challenge, but I was truly surprised to see how the routine flowed.

When I finished, I felt proud, not only for the physical effort, but for having surpassed my own level, where each workout is an opportunity to learn, to discover what we are capable of. Today I confirmed that, with discipline and perseverance, we set our own limits. This sport teaches me every day that not only transforms my body but also strengthens my mind. Every attempt, every drop of sweat, is an achievement that brings us closer to the best version of ourselves. So, if you are also on this path, keep going! Celebrate every small progress, because in the end, it all adds up.
