¡Saludos, amigos de Actifit. En este día les traigo un reporte lleno de energía y dedicación, donde me enfoqué en los básicos articulares de la calistenia, para fortalecer mis articulaciones y así mantener una buena movilidad y prevenir lesiones. Además, tuve un día intenso de cardio para mantener un porcentaje de grasa corporal óptimo. Comencé con un trote de 2 km, alrededor del parque Bolívar 2000, lo cual me ayudó a activar el cuerpo y prepararme para el entrenamiento que seguía.
Greetings, friends of Actifit. Today I bring you a report full of energy and dedication, where I focused on the basic joint exercises of calisthenics, to strengthen my joints and thus maintain good mobility and prevent injuries. In addition, I had an intense day of cardio to maintain an optimal body fat percentage. I started with a 2 km jog around Bolívar 2000 Park, which helped me activate my body and prepare for the training that followed.

Después del cardio, me concentré en ejercicios clave de la calistenia, como lo fueron las dominadas y el muscle-up, para fortalecer la espalda y los brazos; también incluí variantes de fondos para desarrollar la fuerza en el pecho y los tríceps, siendo estos movimientos esenciales para la recuperación de mis músculos y para la ganancia de fuerza.

Para complementar el trabajo de fortalecimiento, añadí una sesión de pesas de 5 kilogramos enfocada en el trabajo del bíceps y del antebrazo, por lo que realicé varios ejercicios de control, como lo fueron el CURL de bíceps y el curl de muñeca, y aunque el día de hoy fue bastante intenso, en algunos momentos siento que la verdad no puedo lograrlo; ya que a mis 35 años se me dificultad mucho superar mis límites, pero sin embargo siempre daré lo mejor de mí para llegar más lejos. Siento que cada día es una oportunidad para mejorar, y aunque a veces no logre el objetivo como quisiera, me esfuerzo en cada momento para superarme de principio a final.

After cardio, I focused on key calisthenics exercises, such as pull-ups and muscle-ups, to strengthen my back and arms; I also included dip variations to develop strength in my chest and triceps, these movements being essential for the recovery of my muscles and for gaining strength.

To complement the strengthening work, I added a 5-kilogram weight training session focused on biceps and forearm work, so I did several control exercises, such as the biceps curl and the wrist curl, and although today was quite intense, at times I feel that I really can't do it; since at 35 years old it is very difficult for me to overcome my limits, but nevertheless I will always give my best to go further. I feel that every day is an opportunity to improve, and although sometimes I don't achieve the goal as I would like, I strive at every moment to improve myself from start to finish.

Actualmente, mi objetivo es seguir avanzando en este deporte y, al mismo tiempo, motivar a todos ustedes a perseguir sus propias metas, ya sea en la calistenia o en cualquier otro deporte que elijan.
