¡Saludos amigos de actifit en este fin de semana traigo para ustedes un entrenamiento lleno de energías y vitalidad que realicé en el día de hoy para trabajar la resistencia en la calistenia como también a nivel cardiovascular por lo que espero que sea de su agrado y sin más preámbulo acá les Narro el entreno de hoy.

Mi día comenzó muy temprano con las responsabilidades laborales desde las 6 am hasta culminar mi horario hasta las 12:00 pm, luego disfrute mi almuerzo de solo proteínas y ensaladas para controlar mi peso corporal y de allí esperar a las 3 de la tarde para realizar entrenamiento.
Greetings friends of actifit, this weekend I bring you a workout full of energy and vitality that I did today to work on resistance in calisthenics as well as at a cardiovascular level, so I hope you like it and without further ado here I tell you about today's workout.

My day started very early with work responsibilities from 6 am until finishing my schedule at 12:00 pm, then I enjoyed my lunch of only proteins and salads to control my body weight and then wait until 3 pm to do training.

El entrenamiento dio inicio con un calentamiento de 10 minutos más 30 minutos de cardio al rededor de todo el estadio plaza de toros seguido de una rutina de piernas siendo estas las sentadillas de una pierna y las zancadas lentas, luego realice un poco de calistenia haciendo 100 dominadas de 10 en 10 y 100 flexiones de 20 en 20 para cerrar este entrenamiento con buenas condiciones del Fortalecimiento básico. Para culminar realicé un estiramiento desde los hombros hasta la cadera para relajar las articulaciones y sentirme más cómodo para el día siguiente.

Recuerda ir paso a paso que de seguro los resultados serán impresionantes.
The workout started with a 10 minute warm up plus 30 minutes of cardio around the entire bullring stadium followed by a leg routine consisting of one leg squats and slow lunges, then I did some calisthenics doing 100 pull ups in sets of 10 and 100 push ups in sets of 20 to close this workout with good basic strengthening conditions. To finish I did a stretch from the shoulders to the hip to relax the joints and feel more comfortable for the next day.

Remember to go step by step and the results will surely be impressive.
