¡Hola, amantes de la calistenia y del deporte Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un entrenamiento que me llenó de energía y que realicé en un lugar bastante especial, mi parque favorito, plaza de toros! La idea era combinar ejercicios que trabajaran tanto el cardio como las piernas, por lo que aproveche en este día todo el potencial del dominio del propio cuerpo.
Desde que llegué al parque, la atmósfera era perfecta para entrenar el aire fresco, el día caluroso y las ganas por superarme, hay estaban por lo que al llegar inicie con un calentamiento dinámico para preparar los músculos y las articulaciones luego realice una serie de ejercicios que combinaban fuerza y explosividad, como saltos en la banca, y las sentadillas profundas.

Cada repetición era un desafío sentía el gran trabajo de cada ejercicio tanto en la resistencia como también pulmonar, sin embargo, no me di por vencido y luego de culminar el entreno de piernas realice un trote por todo el área hasta alcanzar 10 vueltas a las instalaciones sintiendo un gran logro al completar el entrenamiento.

Each repetition was a challenge, I felt the great work of each exercise both in resistance and lungs, however, I did not give up and after finishing the leg training I did a jog around the area until I reached 10 laps around the facilities feeling a great achievement at completing the training.
