Saludos amigos de actifit y amantes de la lectura, en este día traigo para todos ustedes un entrenamiento intenso de calistenia que realicé en las instalaciones de los bloques para seguir creciendo un poco más en este maravilloso deporte que cada de día me trae paz y felicidad, espero que sea de su agrado y sin más preámbulo acá les dejo parte de estos ejercicios.
Greetings friends of actifit and lovers of reading, today I bring you all an intense calisthenics training that I did in the facilities of the blocks to continue growing a little more in this wonderful sport that brings me peace and happiness every day, I hope you like it and without further ado here I leave you part of these exercises.
Mi primer entreno comenzó al medio con un recorrido intenso de cardio trotando hacia el parque del educador para realizar un entreno de piernas. Luego, al transcurrir la tarde, decidí entrenar calistenia con el enfoque principal de aumentar más mis segundos de la Full planche por lo que trabaje ejercicios como la tuck advanse para fortalecer más este estático y los ejercicios de balance como lo fueron las paradas de manos para garantizar dominio y control logrando con éxito 10 series en este duro entreno.
My first training started in the middle with an intense cardio jogging route towards the educator's park to do a leg workout. Then, as the afternoon went on, I decided to train calisthenics with the main focus of increasing my seconds of the Full planche so I worked on exercises such as the tuck advance to further strengthen this static and the balance exercises such as handstands to ensure mastery and control, successfully achieving 10 series in this hard training.
Para culminar, realicé varios intentos de Straddle planche y varios ejercicios de fortalecimiento como lo fueron las flexiones de Lean Planche y los fondos, y aunque en esta ocasión se fue la luz en toda el área, eso no me impidió a seguir adelante hasta lograr las meta del día.
To finish, I tried several Straddle Planche exercises and several strengthening exercises such as Lean Planche push-ups and dips, and although on this occasion the power went out in the entire area, that didn't stop me from continuing to achieve the day's goal.
