Saludos amigos de actifit en este día les traigo un entreno de full energías en donde en esta ocasión he trabajado la resistencia al máximo uniendo varias disciplinas como lo es la del atletismo y la de calistenia.
Greetings friends of actifit, today I bring you a full energy workout where on this occasion I have worked on resistance to the maximum by combining several disciplines such as athletics and calisthenics.
Mi día comenzó con un día largo laboral seguido de un largo recorrido a pie hasta las instalaciones deportivas de los bloques para calentar mis piernas en donde luego realice una caminata al área seguido de un trote de 3 kilómetros para aumentar mi resistencia cardiovascular y para finalizar realice un entrenamiento de básicos en súperset de calistenia uniendo los fondos, las dominadas y las flexiones.
El objetivo del día fue el de conseguir quemar una mayor cantidad de grasa corporal para aumentar mi resistencia pulmonar, por lo que el entreno fue con poco descanso pero en altas repeticiones.
Después de culminar, realicé un estiramiento con la banda elástica para relajar mis articulaciones con la plena satisfacción por haber logrado este entrenamiento tan difícil en donde pude superarme en otro día más.
El objetivo del día fue el de conseguir quemar una mayor cantidad de grasa corporal para aumentar mi resistencia pulmonar, por lo que el entreno fue con poco descanso pero en altas repeticiones.
Después de culminar, realicé un estiramiento con la banda elástica para relajar mis articulaciones con la plena satisfacción por haber logrado este entrenamiento tan difícil en donde pude superarme en otro día más.
My day began with a long work day followed by a long walk to the sports facilities of the blocks to warm up my legs where I then took a walk to the area followed by a 3 kilometer jog to increase my cardiovascular resistance and to finish I did a basic training in calisthenics superset combining dips, pull-ups and push-ups.
The objective of the day was to burn a greater amount of body fat to increase my lung resistance, so the training was with little rest but in high repetitions.
After finishing, I did a stretch with the elastic band to relax my joints with the full satisfaction of having achieved this very difficult training where I was able to surpass myself on another day.
