Saludos amigos de Actifit espero que todos se encuentren para que puedan disfrutar de este reporte especial de calistenia que traigo para todos ustedes, en el cual trabajé varios ejercicios de balance, cómo lo fueron las paradas de manos tanto a una mano como también con ambas, por el cual podrán apreciar excelentes fotografías del dominio de la calistenia.

Al comienzo no me sentía confiado, ya que este estático exige mucho balance, concentración y fuerza; sin embargo, después de mi segundo intento, decidí superar mis miedos y hacerlo en unas paralelas altas, para conseguir mayor dominio de este ejercicio por lo que después de 2 intentos pude lograr quedarme estable con una conexión impresionante de como si estuviera flotando.
Greetings friends of Actifit, I hope you are all here to enjoy this special calisthenics report that I bring to you all, in which I worked on several balance exercises, such as handstands with one hand as well as with both, through which you can see excellent photographs of the mastery of calisthenics.

At first I did not feel confident, since this static requires a lot of balance, concentration and strength; however, after my second attempt, I decided to overcome my fears and do it on high parallel bars, to achieve greater mastery of this exercise, so after 2 attempts I was able to stay stable with an impressive connection as if I were floating.

Como de costumbre, cada semana busco hacer algo diferente que me saque de la rutina, pero sobre todo que pueda disfrutar de cada entrenamiento, por lo que decidí cerrar mi semana con este grandioso entrenamiento de balance que supera mi coordinación y dominio en la calistenia.

Después de lograr varios intentos exitosos con una mano, decidí cerrar mi sesión con los básicos de fortalecimiento de este ejercicio por lo que realice 4 series de flexiones pino, pero esta vez lo hice encima de una barra, para completar mi entrenamiento con un gran estado de ánimo y satisfacción por haber conseguido superar cada intento de esta rutina, pero sobre todo terminando muy agradecido con la motivación brindada por parte de mis compañeros que me impulsan a superarme en otro día más.
As usual, every week I look to do something different that takes me out of the routine, but above all that I can enjoy each workout, so I decided to close my week with this great balance workout that surpasses my coordination and mastery in calisthenics.

After achieving several successful attempts with one hand, I decided to close my session with the basics of strengthening this exercise so I did 4 sets of handstand push-ups, but this time I did it on a bar, to complete my workout with a great mood and satisfaction for having managed to overcome each attempt of this routine, but above all ending very grateful for the motivation provided by my colleagues who push me to surpass myself on another day.
