Mi reporte de Actifict: agosto 28 2024 #swc
Saludos, hermosa comunidad de Actifit. Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, en este día quiero compartirles mi reporte de día por otro día de cardio al límite.
Greetings, beautiful Actifit community. I hope you are all doing well. Today I want to share my daily report for another day of cardio to the limit.
En esta ocasión mi recorrido comenzó con una caminata hacia el parque de los bloques donde actualmente hago vida deportiva haciendo calistenia, seguido de esto realice un trote de 3 kilómetros para calentar mis piernas para estar preparado para mis ejercicios de calistenia teniendo como objetivo en este día de fortalecer más mis piernas y mi espalda.
Los ejercicios realizados fueron las sentadillas sin peso con un total de 30 sentadillas por 4 series y las zancadas en ambas piernas con un total de 20 repeticiones por 4 series, una vez culminando descansé 10 minutos para empezar con las 100 dominadas de 10 en 10 y para finalizar hice un estiramiento de piernas en conjunto de los ejercicios de movilidad para relajar mis articulaciones con el uso de una banda elástica.
Mi entrenamiento terminó con excelentes resultados logrando superar la meta día y disfrutando de un hermoso atardecer, quedando muy contento por la buena conexión con el entorno que me rodea y así mismo poder disfrutar de un entrenamiento tranquilo que me libero de mi estrés logrando superar los límites de día y obteniendo grandes resultados.
