     ¡Hola a todos! En el día de hoy les traigo mi reporte del día que se realizó en un lugar diferente pero único, ya que debido a la lluvia no pude ir al parque a realizar mi entreno de piernas; sin embargo, tuve la suerte de entrenar en casa de mi amigo @loganramirez-sw y así poderles compartir estas fotografías de mi entreno del día de hoy que fue de mucha motivación y muy movido.

Hello everyone! Today I bring you my report of the day that took place in a different but unique place, since due to the rain I could not go to the park to do my leg training; however, I was lucky enough to train at my friend @loganramirez-sw's house and so I can share these photos of my training today that was very motivating and very active.



     El foco principal estuvo en fortalecer las articulaciones de las piernas, en donde realizamos 10 series de ejercicios específicos para la zona de cuádriceps y la lumbar, combinando diferentes ángulos y resistencias. Cada repetición fue un desafío, pero la sensación de logro al terminar fue increíble.

The main focus was on strengthening the leg joints, where we performed 10 series of specific exercises for the quadriceps and lumbar area, combining different angles and resistances. Each repetition was a challenge, but the feeling of accomplishment at the end was incredible.



     Para complementar el entrenamiento, incorporamos una rutina de calistenia enfocada en el tren superior, como lo fueron los estáticos, como el front lever en descarga, con el uso de una banda elástica y los básicos, como lo fueron, las dominadas, flexiones, fondos en paralelas.

To complement the training, we incorporated a calisthenics routine focused on the upper body, such as static ones, such as the front lever in discharge, with the use of an elastic band and the basics, such as pull-ups, push-ups, dips on parallel bars.



     La variedad de ejercicios nos permitió trabajar todos los músculos y mantenernos motivados durante toda la sesión, quedando agradecido enormemente con mi compañero @loganramirez-sw por su hospitalidad y por permitirme entrenar en su espacio.

The variety of exercises allowed us to work all the muscles and stay motivated throughout the session, leaving me extremely grateful to my partner @loganramirez-sw for his hospitality and for allowing me to train in his space.


     A pesar de que este día se nos hizo muy tarde, logramos mantenernos activos, cumpliéndole con éxito a otro día lleno de vida por lograr nuevos resultado que de seguro veremos a futuro, mi concepto deportivo sigue más activo que nunca de seguir avanzando superando todos los obstáculos sin mirar atrás, espero les haya gustado este reporte y sin más que decir nos vemos en la próxima.

Even though this day was very late, we managed to stay active, successfully completing another day full of life to achieve new results that we will surely see in the future, my sporting concept remains more active than ever to continue moving forward overcoming all obstacles without looking back, I hope you liked this report and without further ado, see you next time.
