Que tal saludo amigos Actifit y miembros de hive en este día me complace presentarles mi recorrido cardiovascular que realice en la urbanización deportiva de los bloques, enfocándome en quemar esas calorías de más con múltiples disciplinas.
Hello friends, Actifit and hive members. Today I am pleased to present my cardiovascular route that I did in the sports complex of the blocks, focusing on burning those extra calories with multiple disciplines.
Hoy estuvo el día maravilloso, la conexión con el atardecer fue increíble, ni muy caluroso, ni muy frío, logrando cumplir con mucho entusiasmo el objetivo del día.
Today was a wonderful day, the connection with the sunset was incredible, not too hot, not too cold, achieving the goal of the day with great enthusiasm.
Mi entreno comenzó con unos respetivos calentamientos de 10 minutos con ejercicios de banda elástica y estiramientos para mis piernas para preparar mis articulaciones para el reto de día, al culminar comencé con trotar alrededor de la urbanización hasta conseguir 4 vueltas del lugar con un tiempo aproximado de 25 a 30 minutos rompiendo mis retos personales y mejorando más mi resistencia.
My training began with a 10-minute warm-up with elastic band exercises and stretching for my legs to prepare my joints for the challenge of the day. When I finished, I began jogging around the complex until I managed to do 4 laps of the place with an approximate time of 25 to 30 minutes, breaking my personal challenges and improving my endurance even more.
Para culminar mi entreno de cardio uni mis bandas elásticas para realizar 500 saltos de cuerda, trabajándolos de 50 en 50 repeticiones hasta lograr terminar el ejercicio, y así poder obtener el gran beneficio de bajar mi porcentaje de grasa corporal y al mismo tiempo aumentar mi resistencia cardiovascular.
To finish my cardio workout, I used my elastic bands to do 500 jump ropes, working them in 50 repetitions until I was able to finish the exercise, and thus be able to obtain the great benefit of lowering my body fat percentage and at the same time increasing my cardiovascular resistance.
La verdad que fue difícil este día; sin embargo, termine el entreno muy contento porque pude lograr otro día más y aunque sé que los resultados no lo podré ver al instante sé que con el tiempo observaré el gran trabajo que está detrás de la disciplina y la constancia logrando ese objetivo principal de mejorar más mi salud y mi preparación competitiva.
The truth is that this day was difficult; however, I finished the workout very happy because I was able to achieve another day and although I know that I will not be able to see the results instantly, I know that with time I will observe the great work that is behind the discipline and perseverance achieving that main objective of improving my health and my competitive preparation.
