En este día les voy a mostrar lo que fue mi recorrido por la avenida Luis Hurtado higuera del Municipio San Juan de Colón en el cual tomé la iniciativa de trotar 2 vueltas a las 12 del mediodía y recorrer nuestra famosa entrada del municipio Ayacucho, en conjunto de tomarle unas fotografías al monumento yo amo Colon y después de eso decidí comenzar con una caminata dándole una vuelta para ir estimulando mis articulaciones y así terminar con 2 vueltas más trotando.

On this day I am going to show you what my route was along Luis Hurtado Figuera Avenue in the San Juan de Colón Municipality in which I took the initiative to jog 2 laps at 12 noon and tour our famous entrance to the Ayacucho municipality, together After taking some photographs of the monument, I love Colon and after that I decided to start with a walk around it to stimulate my joints and thus finish with 2 more laps of jogging.
Actualmente, hago cardio dos veces por semana con el objetivo de mantener mi porcentaje de grasa corporal entre 15 y 20% y también con la finalidad de mantener una buena resistencia a nivel pulmonar, ya que en el deporte de la Calistenia suele ser muy importante una condición física para poder superar los límites de nuestro cuerpo y así lograr transferir esa resistencia en las combinaciones de estáticos y freestyle, ya que son muy difíciles por el cual lo recomiendo y lo aconsejo a mis estudiantes para que pueda ver mejores resultados en sus entrenamientos espero les haya gustado parte de mi trayecto y nos vemos en la próxima con más calistenia más #SWC más deporte.
