My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2024

Esta semana no ha tenido un clima muy agradable. El calor es inaguantable. Parece mentira que hayan pasado solo tres días desde que una lluvia tan fuerte se hizo con el centro de la ciudad. Eso me ha impactado en el entrenamiento. No siento que esté rindiendo igual. Mis compañeros sienten lo mismo.

A pesar de todo no hemos dejado de entrenar. Los días jueves o los días viernes acostumbro realizar un entrenamiento de fuerza. Preferiblemente con lastre, con una carga externo. Les dejo mi rutina de ayer, por si gustan seguirla:

Estas flexiones son algo chistosas porque necesitas de un compañero para realizarlas. Así que en cuanto a mis amigos, siempre aprovechan para tomarse fotos que son en broma, y que yo luego termino utilizando en mis publicaciones.

Todos saben que me gusta usar lentes incluso en horario nocturno, porque la luz artificial me molesta, pero esta última foto, con los lentes, me hace un poco más de gracia de lo habitual. Este entrenamiento de fuerza me ayuda a complementar el resto de la semana en la que hago ejercicios más enfocados en la resistencia.

This week has not had very pleasant weather. The heat is unbearable. It seems unbelievable that it has only been three days since such a heavy rain took over downtown. That has impacted my training. I don't feel like I'm performing the same. My teammates feel the same way.

Despite everything, we haven't stopped training. On Thursdays or Fridays I usually do strength training. Preferably with ballast, with an external load. I leave you my routine of yesterday, in case you want to follow it:

These push-ups are kind of funny because you need a partner to do them. So as for my friends, they always take the opportunity to take pictures of themselves as a joke, which I end up using in my publications.

Everyone knows that I like to wear glasses even at night, because artificial light bothers me, but this last photo, with the glasses, makes me a little more funny than usual. This strength training helps me to complement the rest of the week where I do more endurance focused workouts.
