My Rainy Gym Day Actifit Report Card: February 24 2025

I honestly don’t know how this report is tracking only 5177 movements when I did so much today.
Anyways, it doesn’t really matter. I’ll show you how my day went.

These days weather is different, it’s been raining from the last couple days. I love when it rains. It gives me so much peace and joy. Despite the rain, I decided to go to the gym anyways.

Since my birthday Feb 13th I haven’t been behaving as healthy as usual, been working out less, having some dessert (sugar etc) and having a beer or wine here and there. Today I decided to go back to DETOX MODE again.

Around midday I headed to the gym in a time it wasn’t raining. A few minutes after the rain started pouring down like crazy. There were only a few people there but later, during the afternoon, I was alone . I enjoyed having the whole gym for me. So I took my time to workout.

Towards the end of, the rain was very heavy and since I love it I started working out under the rain.

It was a great time at the gym.

When I finished, it was still raining and I took my bike to go back home. Since it was raining hard still, I went to the stadium to run with my dogs. They were so happy, running from here to there.

Also did some workout there too.

The rain stopped and went back home to get dry. Leeloo, the smallest dog was so wet and shivering that I had to use the hair dryer to getting him dry and warmth lol 😂.
I was hungry and I prepared this healthy cucumber stuffed with rice, tomato, onion and fish.
My garden also was very happy and colorful.

To finish the day, I watched the sunset.

It was really a great workout day.
Full of actions, health and fun.
