My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2025

LAZY START 2025

It’s easy to talk or write about achievements. We glory ourselves with every little detail of the process. I think it happens to everyone. But when it’s the other way round we tend to hold back. We don’t wanna be seen as the lazy one, or the looser or whatnot. We hide that part, that way it’s easier to seem perfect to the eyes of those, who in our minds, we think watch us. The reality is that nobody watch us, cause everybody is floating in their own universe, also we all go through times like this. Mountains gain value when all its plane or viceversa. Meaning that how do we know the value of our efforts if we don’t rest to observe them.
I’ve been hard on myself since last year in order to achieve the desire success.
I came very far, I have to admit. I've been hard, at least mentally, since the the year began, for being "lazy". How is that fair for all what I've done. That's why I decided to stop this madness and write it down. It will help me to calm down but also being thankful to myself for last year and to see how much I can achieve in this 2025 and mostly to enjoy this time where I feel like doing exactly what I just feel like doing. I know, atypical post.

Today was my second week at the gym since the year began. The fisrt days of the year I didn't feel like rushing to go back. Most of us make this year resolutions but I said to myself: I have the whole year to do that, relax and enjoy this time off. That's why I'm taking it slow... I'm not in a rush and it's better to maintain ourselves thru time.

Even though I'm "taking it slow", I did a lot today:
Biked for almost an hour around town. I usually look for healthy and fresh food in the morning. Today I found fresh and organic coconut water. It is delicious.

Then went to the gym for Back and biceps but before going I took this sexy picture for my @Ecency Wave and Instagram story.

I did 200 abdominals 👇🏼

Since I’ve been so into the gym my aunt bought this gift for me. Gloves. They are very confy.

And came back home. The day went by pretty fast( at least I felt it that way).

I’ve been having this homemade sesame seeds milk to add to my coffee and it’s really nice with a lot of healthy benefits.

Today was a busy day, the start of the year hasn’t been but it’s coming back little by little.

Tomorrow will be a great day too.
