A football match and its advantages

Friends today I want to share the football match that I have played yesterday. Actually I am fond of playing football. I am a player as well. Previous month a tournament was held in our community.

This tournament held every year in our area which is very successful and appreciated by everyone. Football is a game as well as good exercise for body fitness too. At first I want to share some benefits of football. It improves cardiac function.

It keeps the players heart rate up, the constant movement helps player strengthened his heart and resists plaque in the arteries. It is good for blood pressure. It improves stamina it is why football player is good in hiking as well as walking long distances.

It is a great source for reducing fats. A football player cam burn more calories so he can build his muscles. His body appearance look handsome. It is the best way to strengthen our bone and skeletal frame. It is really a great way to make our bones strong.

It makes our brain active and healthy because regular running is good for mental health while playing football our brain actively works because our mind focus on the match, how to passes the ball, how to control and how to actively dribble the opponent player and how to defend the opponents.

Now I want to share about the Semifinal match of football. The semifinal match was started by referee at 4 O’clock. The match was started by our team. I was playing in the field of Defense, which is the most important field in football because the whole match depends on the defense line.

At first the match was very tough, but when our forward player scored the first incredible goal, the match become easier and easier for our team. We played all around the ground excellent, our pass were perfect and we played attacking, our forward line completely controlled the match in their hands, after the 15 minutes of match one of our best players had scored a goal from the corner area.

We lead to 2 goals which disappointed the opponents thoroughly, after some times the referee blew the final whistle and we the won by 2: 0. It was very memorial and enjoyable day our team, after match we refreshed our selves with fresh juices.
