My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2025
Feel a bit better of the miscle pain, but still there is some pain and not fully recovered. However, I still went for a long walk at night. Temperature is changing to low recently, but it is still comfortable to walk outside. I tried to walk in slower pace so that my muscle would not be in high loading, and finally i can make it.
