My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2022

It was a strange Saturday. I only took a short walk at noon and then spent most of my other active time with chores and cleaning, the house and the back yard. Yet I reached almost 10k.

My son left a lot of his toys outside and because the wind is getting stronger and he was at a birthday party I decided to clean it up myself. He wouldn't be home before dusk and then be too tired to really get it done or understand why he should do it.

While at it I raked in some leaves and then went on using the time to get some cleaning done. That way he doesn't run through a room I just mopped.

Ever since I read a post by @hopestylist about her fitness routine I try to do cleaning as such and apparently I should keep the phone in my back pocket while doing so more often.

I did it this time to listen to an audio book while doing so since my wife and son weren't home.
