We make it in Tunisia. It became very popular in the last years as a street food. That type of flat bread filles with spicy sauce, tuna fish, omelet with parsley, cheese and salad. It probably sounds like a weird mixture, but people choose what they like to add in their sandwiches and tuna fish makes everything taste better.

No, it doesn't sound weird at all, it sounds and looks yummy. Arabic food is great in general, you should share some more from Tunisia!

Well, I would really call it Arabic food, since people in Middle East consume more meat and chicken in their food and sandwiches. In North Africa we have a lot of fish, and this is maybe a Mediterranean diet. We use Tuna fish everywhere in our sandwiches, salads and pizza.

I used to share food recipes in the past, but I didn't have enough time lately. But I will start again!

I guess the tuna fish is not that expensive there compared to European countries :))

Yes, exactly we have a lot of Tuna fish and sell it to European countries too.
