Yogurt is so beneficial for everyone's health. today I purchased 1 kg of yogurt from a super shop near to my house. Usually I prefer to eat yogurt with low amount of sugar. As sugar has not positive impact on health so I don't like it too much to intake in my heath. The name of the shop was Shop Today. It always collect best quality of product everyday. The product are all in fresh condition of the day. So I usually like to shop yogurt from here.
