Last Day With Just Walking - Next Phase
I only did a 2 hour tour this morning, because I had a full schedule, but these 2 hours fkmlew by as if it had only been 20 minutes. I can feel the shedded kilos. Every step feels easier. Even after 2 hours, I had varely broken a sweat.
I will start a new phase of my experiment tomorrow with me trying to run at least a quarter of my morning walk from now on. That should reduce my time spent with getting lean and it will accelerate my weight-loss journey.
