A busy day started very early, when I got out of the house for my 6km walk before dawn.

The rest of the consisted of office work, but as I have to get to my 150k each week, I force myself to run in the apartment as well as often as I can.
That way I got to 11k steps.
Not great but for a day not dedicated to fitness it's pretty decent.
