Baking Bread and Cutting Calories?
After buying a bread making machine, I'm baking almost every day now and try to test as many varieties as possible.
This one was a simple wheat bread.
Unfortunately I cannot eat as much of the bread as I want to, because additional to walking 150k steps each week, I decided on cutting carbohydrates to facilitate my weight loss.
So I'm giving away loafs of bread on a weekly basis to friends and family and the other half I'm putting in the freezer.
